“ When I visit from Australia my sister and I go to Coffee#1 Redditch on a Monday morning as we enjoy their coffee. The staff have changed a number of times but there is a young lady called Rachael who performs her duties ABOVE and BEYOND expectation. The cafe is constantly busy and Rachael smiles and professionally goes about her duties. We have seen her a number of times clearing tables etc during her break! I do hope Coffee#1 realise what an outstanding employee they have and she is rewarded accordingly. The last week of my holiday she was on leave so I did not get to say cheerio. Their coffee is bitter in my opinion even their special blend one, but I still go because of their faultless service and comfortable & inviting environment. ”
